OFFICIAL RULES — SMYLE KEHLANI TICKET GIVEAWAY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The SMYLE Kehlani Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by [FULL LEGAL NAME OF SMYLE ENTITY], located at [BUSINESS ADDRESS] (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins when the promotion is published and ends on September 21, 2026 at [TIME] Pacific Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official SMYLE giveaway entry form and provide a valid email address during the Giveaway Period.
No purchase is necessary.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.
Providing an email address for purposes of administering the Giveaway does not, by itself, require an entrant to consent to receive promotional marketing emails from SMYLE. Any optional marketing subscription will be presented separately.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate, or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets to see Kehlani — The Kehlani World Tour
Date: September 23, 2026
Time: 6:30 PM
Venue: Viejas Arena at Aztec Bowl
Location: San Diego, California
The prize consists only of the two event tickets unless expressly stated otherwise by Sponsor.
Transportation, parking, lodging, meals, merchandise, and other expenses are not included.
Prize has no cash redemption value and may not be substituted or transferred except at Sponsor's discretion where permitted by law.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on or about September 21, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry.
The potential winner must respond within 24 hours of notification and may be required to verify eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to satisfy these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Event Changes
The event is operated by third parties and is outside Sponsor's control. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement, cancellation, artist lineup changes, venue changes, or other circumstances affecting the event.
If the event is postponed, canceled, or otherwise changed, Sponsor's obligations will be subject to the terms applicable to the tickets and applicable law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the entry process, submits fraudulent information, violates these Official Rules, or interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
10. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, including contacting and verifying the winner.
Entrants who separately opt in to receive SMYLE marketing communications may also receive promotional emails in accordance with the applicable consent and privacy disclosures.
11. Release
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
12. Instagram / Social Media Disclaimer
If this Giveaway is promoted through Instagram or another social media platform, the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Kehlani, the artist's management, the venue, or the ticketing provider, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Entrants release Instagram and other applicable social platforms from responsibility relating to the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
